There are subjects that are challenging to learn, and you can feel frustrated doing homeworks, or in class. There were a few times while I was in college where I felt like that. In those cases, having someone that is good at teaching, really understand the subject, and is also passionate about teaching is a big help and I think I am the right person.

 

 

My Academic Success:

_Graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a 3.75/4 GPA and highest honors from Rutgers University

_I ended up with an A in all of my Math Classes throughout College. (Calculus classes, Intro to linear Algebra, Statistics, differential equations)

 

Experienced Tutor:

When I was in college, I provided tutoring to 30+ students in Math classes (Calculus classes, Engineering Statics and dynamics, Physics Classes), through my university program where the requirement to tutor a class was a grade of at least B+ in the class. At the end of the semester, students got a deeper understanding of the subject which could be seen by the improvements in their grades.

_Middle School & High School: Math, Physics classes and test preparations(SAT,ACT,...).

_College: Calculus courses, differential equations, statics, dynamics, Physics Courses, mechanics of materials, Intro to linear Algebra, and all mechanical and some aerospace engineering courses such as CAD, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, etc....

 

The Tutoring Experience:

I focus on tracking student progress, making the tutoring experience engaging, identify areas of improvement, and most importantely, making sure the student understand the subject deeply and not just memorization.

 

I have a tablet that I use to write and draw, and I use Whiteboard for the sessions. There is a video chat feature and the student can also write, draw on the whiteboard.

 

The tutoring sessions are online. Discounts available for sessions of 4+ hours.

 

Rates:

$50/hr - $75/hr, rates depend on the subject.
